  • Are the Basque Burnt Cheesecakes gluten-free?
    Good news! Almost all our cheesecakes are gluten free! Only some editions contain gluten, such as the Lotus-Biscoff flavour. You can see if it is gluten-free in the allergy information of each product.
  • Where is your coffee shop and what are your opening hours?
    Hernandez Oslo is located at Uelands gate 59K, 0460, Oslo. Close to Alexander Kiellands plass and Lovisenberg Hospital. There is a bus stop right in front of us called Evald Ryghs gate and the following lines stop: 34 and 54. Our opening hours are: Mandag -Tirsdag STENGT Onsdag - Fredag 9:00 - 17:00 Lørdag - Søndag 10:00 - 17:00
  • What Basque Burnt Cheesecakes can I find in the café?
    You will always find the classic and also the flavor of the week. You can find out which flavor we have each week through our social media.
  • Can I find whole cakes in the café?
    No. In the café you will only find slices for eat in and for take away. Whole cakes must be pre-ordered.
  • Is your café dog friendly?
    Yes! We love our little friends.
  • What can I find in your café apart from Basque Burnt Cheesecake?
    In our café you can also find drinks, specialty coffee and some gift items from artisans, creatives and creators.
  • Can I book a table?
    No. Our café has limited space. We are unable to take bookings.
  • How can I pre-order a cake?
    If you want to pick up the cake at our café place your order online and pick it up during the time slot you selected while ordering If you want it delivered to a location at AMOI.
  • Is there a deadline?
    We bake everything fresh and are committed to maintaining our quality standards. For our production and logistics planning we have a cut off date of 2 days before pickup or delivery day.
  • How does the pickup work?
    You can choose a fixed pickup date and time in the order process. Your order is available within our opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation.
  • Can I skip the line?
    You can skip the line and ask for your pre-order.
  • Can I cancel my order or return it?
    If you need to cancel or return your order, please contact us. info@hernandezoslo.no
  • I'm trying to place an order for a specific day but it's not available on that day. Why?
    If one day we are not available it is probably because the orders are full or we are closed.
  • Can I place an order by phone, email or Instagram message?
    No. The only three ways are through our website, in our physical store or through Amoi. If you find it difficult or have problems placing the order, contact us and we will help you.
