Coffee Club

Hernández Coffee Club is our monthly coffee subscription. A curated selection of specialty coffees delivered to your door, combining the consistency of our house coffee with the excitement of discovering exceptional roasteries from Norway and across Europe.

Depending on your plan: Half Kilo (500g) – 1 bag of Hernández Coffee (our house coffee) – 1 rotating bag from a selected guest roastery Full Kilo (1kg) – 1 bag of Hernández Coffee – 3 rotating bags from selected roasteries All bags are 250g.

Subscriptions are shipped once per month. You will receive your coffee within the first week of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No long-term commitment required.

The guest coffees are curated by us to ensure quality, seasonality, and variety. Part of the experience is discovery, we select the best available coffees each month.

Our coffees are selected to work well across different brewing methods. Each month we include tasting notes and recommended brewing styles.

We ship all our coffee as whole beans to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Coffee begins to lose its aromatic complexity shortly after grinding, so we strongly recommend grinding it just before brewing. If you don’t yet have a grinder, we’re happy to guide you in choosing the right one for your setup and brewing method. Just reach out, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of fresh food products, we cannot accept returns once the coffee has been opened. If there is an issue with your order (damaged package, incorrect item), contact us and we will resolve it.

If your package arrives damaged or significantly delayed, contact us immediately with photos if possible. We will investigate and make it right.

Yes. We work with roasteries that prioritize transparency, sustainability, and direct or responsible sourcing practices. Quality for us includes both flavor and origin.
